About MiProDigi
We started by doing the work nobody had time for.
Everything we do today grew out of years of sitting inside other people's businesses and seeing the same problems over and over.
Where it started
It began as 1genise.com
In the beginning it was simple administrative support. Typing, organizing, cleaning up files, writing the thing that needed to be written, finishing the paperwork that had been sitting for months. Small business owners would hand over the pile they kept meaning to get to, and we'd get it done.
The motto was “Do It Now.” It wasn't about hustle. It was about the fact that most people weren't avoiding the work because they were lazy. They were avoiding it because they didn't have the skill, the time, the knowledge, or the resources to do it. Give them one of those, and the work moves.
We also ran a program for brand new businesses, the ones with more ideas than budget. That turned into something we still keep. Every year, we commit to helping at least one business free or at a reduced rate.

What we kept seeing
The same problems, in business after business.
Businesses were paying for tools they never fully set up.
The same questions kept getting asked because nothing was written down.
Too much of how the business ran lived in one person’s head.
Work got done differently every time, depending on who did it.
People hired help before they ever looked at the work itself.
The things that mattered most were the things that kept getting pushed back.
We didn't create Business Flow™ because it sounded good.
We built it because we kept seeing the same problems in real businesses.
Over time the fixes stopped being one-off favors and started forming a pattern: understand what's actually happening, build what's missing, connect it so it works together, and keep it moving. That pattern is what we now call Business Flow™, and the four steps behind it are the FLOW Framework.

Do It Now.
It was our first motto, and it still holds. Most of the work people put off isn’t work they don’t care about. It’s work they don’t have the time, the tools, or the know-how to finish. Our job is to remove that reason.
Look at the work before you add people.
Sometimes you need an employee. Often you need a system, a document, or one thing set up correctly. We’d rather tell you that than sell you something bigger.
Give something back every year.
We started with a program for new businesses, and we’ve kept a version of it ever since. Every year we commit to helping at least one business free or at a reduced rate. Good systems shouldn’t only be for the people who can afford them.

We don't sell paperwork.
Documents and systems are just what the work looks like. What you actually get is time back, room to grow, and the confidence that things get done whether or not you remembered to do them.
